The hubster and I are exploring cities outside California for PRIDE events again.

What we really need is a 'Hot or Not' guide for PRIDE events across the country, across the world.

Until then, tell me why I should go to your city for PRIDE this year. Sell it.

    Come to Detroit/Ferndale Pride.
Because it's early and doesn't conflict with any other (June 7th).
And because the Michigan Panthers will have a booth there.
And you can come watch the Panthers play against Cleveland on June 6th.

There's actually a whole lotta PRIDE going on, which is why one has to lobby for their city. icon_twisted.gif

Can't do that weekend, but thanks for the review! icon_lol.gif

Here's a fairly comprehensive list for the US & Canada, with links:

This list includes international, but not as easy to read for just the US & Canadian:

    TORONTO! June 19th-28th

I think it sells itself lol. I think it's among the 5 largest pride parades in the world. This will be my first Pride, but hundreds of thousands of people attend the Parade on the Sunday, and the week is full of all kinds of fun events and festivities. It's always a blast!

Vancouver, third weekend of August usually. It's later than most other prides. Unbeatable weather, and the quality of the men there is very very good icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Austin's pride often coincides with Texas' biggest motorcycle rally, making all the bikers seem a little gayer and pride seem a little more interesting. Not happening this year, unfortunately.
