Suggestion on building as much muscle as I can in 20days!

    Hey everyone,
    been working out 3 times a week the past few months n keeping myself fit n seeing results of it! But have a special event coming up that need to be lookin good for as much as possible, meaning toned/muscular as possible!
    Now I know it takes time and you cant just get muscles over night, but I need to do as much as I can to get as much as I can in 20days!!!(starting today 5/15/09)

    Does anyone have suggestions on workout plans, or certain types of exercises that are better then others????

    Looking to build my: Chest,Biceps/Triceps,Abs(upper,lower)Obliques/Lats,Glutes mainly!
    And a little bit of the Inner/Outer Upper thighs/hips to help along with the glutes and lower abs to assist in making the "V" or the "Appollos Belt" as visible as possible!

    Would appericiate it!

    Assuming you're serious (and not using chemical enhancements), forget about building any muscle in such a short time. At best, you might be able to put on about a pound of muscle, but it would probably be accompanied with at least a pound of fat. The best thing to do is lose as much fat and water as you can while keeping the muscle you have. That will give you a more muscular appearance.

    Cut your carbs and step up the cardio. Try cycling your carbs over the next three weeks and try to time it so that you peak on the big day, just like prepping for a bodybuilding contest.
