How many calories a day should i have to gain muscle but also have a slim waste?

    How many calories a day should i have to gain muscle but also have a slim waste? What kinds of food should I eat? Should I be on a low card high protein diet?

    I work out 3 times a week for 45 minutes and I do cardio 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes. I'm 5'11" at 170lbs.

    There are other topics on this here today.

    First, get pictured, and profiled. In particular, something that shows your frame and fat levels.

    Second, document your food intake.

    Third, document your exercise routine. Working out means lots of different things to different folks.

    Come back ready to get advice.

    It's not possible to make any level of educated guess when you come so poorly prepared.

    You may want to eat more and change your workout. Hard telling.

    Slim waste probably depends on how narrow your intestines are. icon_lol.gif
