Butchered at the hands of a girl with whom I graduated from high school......
LOL.. actually she cuts my hair and has since I was in college.

I received a real summertime haircut today.... man, the back and sides are really short.. and short on top too... however I usually have shorter hair in the summer than the winter or other months. I'll probably feel like a dork for a day or two, but who cares....

So do you cut your hair shorter in the summer or change your hairstyle or
shave off a mustache or goatee? It seems like I know more guys (both gay and straight) that seem to make changes this time of year.....

I have my hair short year round, I can't stand it being long anymore, I tried for a very very long time to grow my hair long but it just wouldn't happen, it grew but I could never get it to the point where it would stop being puffy

So.. short hair all the time, summer or winter, my girl thinks its odd htat i keep it short year round but I don't feel the cold on my head

I usually keep it long in Spring and Fall and keep it short in Summer and Winter. I think the pics with long and short are still in the profile. The short style for me for Summer has always been a ceasar cut with a trim gottee and van dyke...

I'm a fan of short hair year round. But I sometimes change the style of my haircut for the sake of experimenting.

I changed recently and many people told me "oh, new haircut for the summer, smart thinking!" and things like that, but my past haircut was actually shorter! icon_neutral.gif On the other hand, I know I just wouldn't be able to stand long hair in summer, so I guess if I had it, it would be already gone.

Wear it short year-round, got a haircut today and she cut it much shorter. Working outside this afternoon I got a burn on top! She also trimmed my mustache down to a pencil line!

Given the state of my hair, it's the same cut year round and gets a little shorter with each visit.

I'm rockin' a neon pink mohawk right now. It's still a baby, but it's growing out nicely icon_smile.gif

I should have pics of it after the camping trip Saturday.

I often get a buzz for summer comfort, then grow my "winter coat" as cooler weather arrives, which may include a short beard. As a seasonal exception, last November I nearly went bald to avoid overheating during the 165-mile bicycle SMART Ride down to Key West for HIV/AIDS.

I've cut my own hair for over 45 years, after becoming fed-up with barbers who wouldn't listen to what I wanted. Right now I'm in a long-hair phase, which I think looks better with my receding hairline, and will try to retain it as the hot Florida summer approaches.

I cut my own, so it tends to change up slightly all the time, not just seasonally. Right now it's a little longer on top and shorter on the sides. Sometimes I like to switch things up and buzz it off in summer, but I have to be emaciatedly thin to have the cheekbones to avoid looking like Charlie Brown...and that just ain't happening right now.
