I'm going to give the opposite advice; don't rent Twilight - it is precious time that you will never get back.

I resent that, lol. The movie was kinda lame, ok I agree. The books are good, though! icon_lol.gif

    This what I found online:

In the book "Twilight" Edward takes Bella to a field in the sun. When a vampire goes into the sun their skin sparkles like a million diamonds.

This of course contradicts older traditions that vampires are destroyed by sunlight. It's all Greek to me.

One of the characteristics assigned to vampires in Twilight is that their skin sparkles if the sun shines on them.

Thank you, gentlemen, for bringing me up-to-date. .. This is one aspect of RJ that I enjoy. .. It keeps poor, old Caslon from being left hopelessly in the dust!

Anything with vampires is boring in my book. Well, aside from Buffy and Angel which I feel took a mature approach to the subject because it wasn't completely about them. Otherwise I think every vampire and everyone who likes vampires should be staked through the heart and have their severed head turned backwards in their coffin like the vampire hunters would do back in the old days.

Then again, I'd prefer a bolder statement against vampires, by none other than Buffy herself.
