best oblique excercise

    a deep cut v line seems to be the hardest thing to get.. anyone got any excercises that really work for them? or any tips in general to get that deep cut V? thanks!

    a few things tend to help, lots of side sit ups, leg raises where you lie flat on the ground and then lift your legs to 90 degrees and lift your hips up using your abs, and ball situps where you sit on one of the big bouncy balls then put your feet through a railin and you do full situps arching your back over the ball to get full abdominal extension

    A couple that are good:

    Hanging Roman Chair oblique lifts.
    Swiss Ball oblique crunches
    Russian Side Twists with med ball.

    This has always worked for me...
    I call them the corscrews
    ..what you do is a normal reverse curl
    with legs str8 up lift you ass off the floor for one rep
    ...but instead of going str8 up
    twist both legs together first one way and then the next for reps one and then two
