I like V8 drink.. its really good, much more flaver..
Oh, I thought this was about the drink... LOL (just had to do it)

Actually V8's are cool, my Dad always had a V8 in most of his cars.. camaros, cougars.. etc..

My 4x4 is a 6.. my new Astra is a 4 cylinder for gas purposes.. I have to have good gas mileage since its my work car.. My retired 1981 Arrow is a 4 cylinder.. .all of my vehicles are 5 speeds.

I drive a honda accord euro

It keeps up with any V6 mostly out pacing them giving me the chance.. V8's.. well.. not seeing many of them on the road anymore hehehe

I understand the appeal of that much power but I don't get V8's for a road car that doesn't regularly pull massive tonnage (that isn't arse fat or over sized car)

I love old cars best: My daily driver is a Jag Vanden Plas - and has a tried-and-true V6 - with plenty of power - truly. It is a 97 - and by then, all the bugs had been eliminated from Jaguars. Other than that I have two V8 cars: An old Benz 450SL and a RR Silver Shadow II (that one has two carburetors = don't even ask about the mileage - you don't want to know).

    gotta <3 liltanker

As I was saying in the damn juice thread, if you can get the power out of 4 cylinders that's preferable 'cause the powerplant is more compact and lighter.

(Above is an atypical example though....HO 4 rather than i-4.)

    An inline 6 can rock:

    But a V8 can devastate:

OMG you have a jaguar that runs??

I like classics over modern cars (excluding Ferrari) fav is the classic mini, I'd love a moke and I want an MG A (I know they are utter shit, but I love the look of them)

still.. OMG you have a jaguar that runs??

Your not just like sticking it on the hill and leting it roll are you? its actually moving under its own power right??

I know I even did a thread last year on new vehicles to consider...

The new Saturn Astra has so much to offer... and being a European car.. so very interesting.

listening to the complaints and notes are funny.. especially the comment on firm seats.. I thought the astra seats were squishy as and I've heard that commend from others too..

we don't have all the brand names here, we have ford and holder.. but they aren't considered (at least by a lot of people) very good cars.. there aussie crap cars mostly heh but there cheap
