This is a bit of a marketing scam for health services but it is still kind of fun as I figure most of you guys would do pretty well. It calculated my real age as 9.7 years less than my calendar age.

    Mine was 10 years younger.

Most of their info is good, and it's definitely a good start for people that don't have a clue about health and lifestyle. But...they also have some stupid info.

They calculate BMI, which in my opinion is a ridiculously stupid thing to measure. You can't tell anything about a person by BMI alone. Period.

They also don't seem to understand the role that HIIT can play in someone's health.

Again, good place for most people to start. Probably not for most people on this site (judging by photos).

I took this test couple months ago. I don't believe it is valid. One of the things it did was to subtract several years from my life span because I exercised too much!! The test felt that one should exercise enough only to burn 1000 calories a week. If you take a baby aspirin daily, you can add three years to your life. I doubt if there are statistics that verify these claims. A lot of their health articles are interesting however. You just have to be careful of the health claims on the Net.

It says I'm 5 years younger than I am, but it also dings me for exercising too much and having a too high protein/low carbohydrate diet. I find that amusing.

I always knew I wasn't really 42! But was hoping for better than 35. Oh well, it's a start.

I was about 7 years younger than I am, but the thing had a lot of brain farts (e.g. I apparently don´t get enough vitamin C which is absolute rubbish)

By coincidence someone guessed my age at 26 today, which is what the thing said was my real age (give or take a few months).
