Bulking up my Arms

    So i've been going to the gym on and off since 2002. February of 08 is when is when i started going religiously 4-5 days a week.

    I've always had small arms, no problem with my abs and I use to run track so never had a problem with my legs. I've really been trying to bulk up my arms but i don't know what i'm doing wrong. One of my friends suggested I work on my negatives so i've up my curls to 80lbs doing 4 sets of 6. My strength level has gone up but i can't seem to put an "meat" on my arms. Right now they are 12'' and 14.5'' when i flex.

    What else can i do in and out of the gym? Thx guys

    try lower weight, slower movement, tighter form, more reps.

    Outside of the gym.. EAT. I have the same issue.

    For arms, you need to work to expand the fascia. Likely, you're lifting in very poor form, if you're doing 80's, and not in a high enough rep range.

    Study up on sacriplasmic hypertrophy.
