Tricks of the trade...... diet&exercise

    One of mine is whenever I don't have time for a meal I'd grab a handful of almonds. It keeps me full for a really long time.

    I also recently found out if you are bench pressing and you look at your right hand you lift more. it really works!

    How about you guys ?

    Yep, the almonds work well, so does a protein drink. I'm right handed and its my weakest arm, I'll try that tip today and let you know how it went.

    I do the same. I do a handful of raisins and a handful of almonds. I do these because my job is a mobile one and its hard to bring fresh healthy food along with you.

    I didnt know about the right hand thing. I will have to try it out.
