What can I say.. I am obses with this thing. I travel the entire Malaysia and Thailand just to attend the championship. I have a large collection of DVD . I spend hours on internet looking for site like Contender Asia.

Anybody else with same interest with me. I need someone to share my interest.

Hey Cowboy! I love Muay Thai and will be coming to Thailand soon after November. Train here in NYC at a slammin gym. Great facility and excellent fighters training there too. I feel very lucky.

I used to train Muay Thai. I have regretfully been out of it for a while but intending to go back. As I will be moving to the US - a question for the American folks - is this sport at all popular in the US and available for training?

In most big cities you can find Muay Thai training facilities. Probably in smaller cities and towns though the gyms may teach several other martial arts as well. With the growing rise in popularity of mma, gyms specializing in each of the martial arts are sprouting up all the time. Can't testify to the quality of each obviously but in larger cities I would bet you can find a great MT facility.

If you tell us where you are moving to I am sure some RJer can help you find a place to train.
