I like Men's Fitness better than Mens Health. Men's Fitness is much more exercise oriented, and they put in a lot of routines that you can use or modify for your own needs. But it is also a bit repetitive. All the fitness mags get repetitive after you read them for a while. In the end, it's usually if you like the looks of whatever model is doing the exercises, and if that guy inspires you to get going. Exercise for Men Only often has some great pics. For all fitness mags, you have to be careful. Sometimes their technique instructions are incorrect or incomplete. The instructions from this site are typically more detailed, and the little videos really help.
