Just started P90X two days ago. Feeling a bit sore which is odd since I do martial arts and have done weight training before.

I'm 58 years old, live in Ft. Lauderdale, and this is my before pic. 42 ch 30 w 13 arms 172lbs.

Anyone else out there doing this now?

    Thanks

I started it but want to get stronger first and I knew I wouldn't be able to adhere to the nutrition guide at this time.

Good luck, it is the best. You are sore because it is working different muscles in a different rotation and manner. Best.

Sounds all good. The nutrition is not that hard for me since I work from home and have a good sense (not always follow it tho) of what I should be eating.

I'm on the website for P90X as DrNate if anyone wants to follow my progress. I'll do a full before and after on Realjock in 87 days.

    Grrrrrr

I downloaded mine from Isohunt.com, and burned them with ConvertXtoDvd.
I love the exercises, I've only one once since I downloaded them 3 days ago. And man, they kicked my ass!
I kept seeing infomercials, got tempted to buy them, but decided to save my money and go the illegally downloading way.
(Plus, something about that Tony Horton in the infomercials irked the hell out of me. And I also find it weird that in the end of the exercises, they gather around in a circle and do an X shape with their arms, they kinda seemed like the cult)
I definitely will be doing more of these P90X exercises, and if anyone needs any technical help on how to get them off IsoHunt, let me know.
