    on m(I)pod

Madonna (confessions remixes) - for fun and face it.. it you liked the originals, the remixes are even better in most cases (try jump, get together - leConte)

Daddy yankee - when i'm feeling aggressive:
    Gasolina!

Depeche Mode - when i feel nostalgic
A pain i'm use to is great - their 80's stuff is still listenable

Scissor sisters - to make me smile:
Tits on the radio, I don't want to dance etc...

Alanis Morissette - when i'm down
    Classic jagged little pill!

Kylie - to make me smile some more
can'tget those songs out of my head!

Offer nissim - because they're great tunes/remixes - try: first time etc...

Goldfrapp - because they are great tunes:
white horses, strict machine, oh la la. Inspired Madonna for confessions album!

The egg & Mason - excedeer

David Vendetta - Unidad para la musica.

Various Global undergrounds (Toronto is good) for when i just want to listen to a great mix

and various 80's tunes to remind me of when things were much simpler. Classic Madonna, prince etc...

I'm eclectic with my music choices - must be the Gemini - lol.

    Salt-n-Pepa - Push It
    Missy Elliott - Lose Control
    Onyx - Slam
    Outkast - Idlewild Blues
    Outkast - Morris Brown

And a good workout song that should be played out loud...

Well here it goes. I think an essential work out tunes collection has to have some of these:

    ACDC - Thunderstruck

Great Big Sea - When I'm Up

    Usher f. Ludacris - YEAH

    Culture Beat - Mr. Vain

Check out dusmithy.com where I usually post what music I am currently listening to on my ipod while I work out.

    Faithless, especially the album 'Outrospective'

DJ Tiesto, 'Parade of the Athletes' from the 2004 Athens Olympics and 'Just Be'. a terrific workout album

    BT 'Emotional Technology'

JS Bach 'Well-Tempered Klavier' (Classical, but starts off so simple and gets more and more complicated. It was written as a series of finger exercises and is INCREDIBLE for slow-burn stuff)

Dirty Vegas self-titled album; his voice is so great

    Check out DJ Bravehound too

I would suggest the New Nine Inch Nails album. It will add muscle mass just by listening to it. Of course you can always go with Madonna Confessions Tour CD :-)

If we're shamelessly plugging albums then I'll put down Timbaland's Shock Value. Great beats, great to listen to when working out.
