Hey guys, I'm trying to gain muscle but stay lean. When I was recently eating an 1800-2000 calorie a day diet I started losing fat fast but wouldn't have enough energy to push myself when working out & I kind of felt tired sometimes during the day. I want to eat enough to have the energy to workout hard & gain muscle, but not eat too much to gain fat. What do you guys think is a good calorie intake for someone 28, 6'1, 175 lbs? Any foods in particular I should be eating? Any advice would be really appreciated! Thx!
