I just watched Dead Poets Society movie and it was really nice.

I wonder if all boys schools like the one depicted in the movie still exist any more or are they co ed now? It's nice to see males studying and living together, etc.

I've been reading too much news lately... I actually read that as "all boys waterboarding school"

/and no, real life is never reflected in movies/tv.

Yes they still do. Not many left in the US from what I understand. From ages 5-13 I attended an all boys military academy in CT. From 14-18 I attended an all male military academy in England. Best experiences ever!
All students on same level socially/economically. You build friendships for life!
    Cheers,
    Keith

Where I live is not far from perhaps the world's most famous boys public school - Eton. It was attended by both Prince William and Prince Harry - 3rd and 4th to the throne respectively.

2nd & 3rd perhaps? Their father Charles is first in line of succession as the Prince of Wales, then William and Harry. Or is it correct to count the Queen herself as number one?

During the time I was there, I loved it. When I look back on it, I realize all the indoctrination that occurred.

Actually, Red Vespa, you could be right. Charles, William and Harry are first, second and third IN LINE TO the throne. Correction accepted.

I went to an all-boys boarding school down in New Zealand, and it was the greatest time of my life! There is a lot of homo-erotic horseplay, but nothing actually "gay" going on.

I was in a all boys boarding school. In south africa the best school are single sex schools. There are alot here. Best 5 years of my life. But nothing gay about it, just awsome beyond words.
