I am planning a trip out the the country for a month and a half or so, and I was trying to figure out my fitness schedule. Even though I will be in the same town the whole time, I will by no means have access to a gym of any sort. I figured I could do push ups and hopefully find some sort of place to do pull ups. I will be bringing a nice set of resistance bands. As for cardio, there is a group of runners that go 3 times a week on a nice hefty trek, so I will be joining them. Any other tips to stay in shape while over there?
