"The "March 14" coalition won 71 seats in Lebanon's parliament, while the Hezbollah-dominated "March 8" alliance won the remaining 57 seats, Lebanese Interior Minister Ziad Baroud announced."

    From Wikipedia:

"The March 14 Alliance (Arabic: تحالف 14 آذار‎), or M14, named after the date of the Cedar Revolution, is a coalition of anti-Syrian political parties and independents in Lebanon, led by MP Saad Hariri, younger son of Rafik Hariri, the assassinated former prime minister of Lebanon, Samir Geagea president of the Lebanese Forces, former President Sheikh Amine Gemayel, and MP and former minister Walid Jumblatt of Progressive Socialist Party."

"The March 8 Alliance is a coalition of various political parties in Lebanon. The alliance forms the opposition against the government of the March 14 Alliance. The alliance is favoring a diplomatic approach toward Syria.[citation needed]

The name dates back to March 8, 2005 when different parties called for a mass demonstration in downtown Beirut in response to the Cedar Revolution. The demonstration thanked Syria for helping stop the Lebanese Civil War and the aid in stabilizing Lebanon and supporting the Lebanese resistance to the Israeli occupation. Main parties were Hezbollah, Amal Movement, Marada Movement, Lebanese Communist Party and the Syrian Social Nationalist Party."

I blame Israel for this mess. If wasn't them in the first place, there won't be any civil war in Lebanon or Hezbollah.

Of course you do. I heard Israel caused global warming and killed off the dinosaurs too.
