I'm not sure what I did, but I was exactly 200 a week ago. Now, I'm 208. I've only been to the gym about 3 or 4 times last week, and my protein intake hasn't changed at all. I'm eating regularly as before, so I dunno what happened. I'm pretty stoked, though. =) Maybe because I'm not working out EVERY day and it's giving the protein a chance to work with my super fast metabolism? Whey is awesome. Nitro-tech.
