Male kegel exercises

I wanted to make sure everyone knows the benefits of doing these exercises, i have been doing them for about a year now.

Interesting. I used to do those and backdoor Kegels all the time in my mid twenties, but that was only because I was under the mistaken impression that ex's big fat ass wrecking dong was going to make my toot tone go from an alto to base if I didn't do my best to keep it tightened up. I have no idea how well they worked. It wasn't like I was measuring my bearing strength by shooting ping pong balls out my bedroom window at passersby on the sidewalk. There was an incident with an ice cube, but that's another story.

I do some techniques to exercise the external and internal sphinctors and the sling muscle. Exercising them increases blood flow to them (always a good thing); exercising them helps you have better control over their contraction AND their relaxation; exercising them can supposedly also enhance orgasms. I do them in hopes of accomplishing all three of these, and in helping me heal from a nasty chronic fissure problem I've been having (had to have surgery also, unfortunately).

Apparently, you can just try to raise your testicles using your muscles (the same action used when you try to stop peeing). I can also see where this could help you not need a wheelbarrow to carry your balls around when you grow older too.

Well the exercise I've been doing on my own since a teenager may or may not fall into this Kegel definition, but here it is:

I lie on my back, get a hardon that points up to my navel, and then do lifts with it. One of my BFs used to be fascinated to watch me wave my cock up and down hands-free, what he termed "dick-ups."

Thats exactly what i do. I will get hard and lift it up for like 5 seconds, and do about 3 sets of them at a time. You dont want to over work the muscle and make it sore though. I can shoot about a foot in the air now so i know these exercises work.

My brother is also got good results by doing these exercises. Doing exercises is nice but doing exercises according to the guidelines and by the instructor will give very good results. My brother has trained by the famous institute.
After doing these Kegel Exercises he is very comfortable.
