How necessary is doing enema/cleansing for bottoming?

I don't have any experience with this. I find it weird that people enema themselves for being bottom.

What happens if you don't use one? How easy is it to use? Special precautions? icon_eek.gif

Oh rimming is something different. You'd definitely want to use bleach there icon_lol.gif

Matters aside, is the first time gonna hurt real bad afterwards? icon_redface.gif

    a few tips.

    Use warm, not hot water.

Add a little salt to the mixture. It will cut down on cramping.

Unless you are getting fisted, just clean out a few inches. A little water goes a long way.

Lie down on your left side while the water is in you. This will prevent the water from find its way deeper into your guts.

While the bulbs are dandy, a gravity fed bag is better. You can get both in a pharmacy.

As MZ mentioned, a little salt helps and you can substitute warm soap water for the enima solution as it can be habit forming.

Why do you clean out before bottoming? I do it out of respect for the man that is going to be inside of me. And that means his tongue..or his hard cock. We all know the natural function of that part of the body. Why wouldnt you want to be as clean as possible for someone that you want to be with? nothing weird about that, at all.

Deep enema's CAN be habit-forming, and the body can get to where it does rely upon them for bowel-movement, so a lighter, less invasive "flush and rinse" is preferrable, and takes care of matters that need attention for penetration.

Is there pain following anal sex? Sometimes, but it usually goes away after a brief period of time. Just remember...lot of foreplay, loosening up, a sex partner that listens to you and is willing to slow down..and a good, water-soluble lube that remains slippery, not sticky. My boyfriend and I have had really good luck with ID GLIDE.
