I'm not sure...Having the same difficulty with the midsection. I am going to try taking digestive enzymes... Good luck.

Caloric deficit!!! And HIIT work-out program!

SLASH your caloric intake!!! I just started doing this. What I've been doing is preparing what I normally eat and then separate what use to be one meal and make it 2 meals. And of course eating like EVERY 1.5-2hrs, like I said I JUST started this like a few days ago, feeling a bit light headed but I'll get use to it plus I can feel myself get full faster when I eat.
Then HIIT training! So my buddy, who's a trainer, TOTALLY revamped my routine and I gits to say that 20min in to my work-out I'm DRENCHED!!!! And STILL have an hour left!!! Let's HOPE this works!!!

I think there's a difference in how you do it based on age and genetics and your physiological history.
15-20 years ago, I could simply add more aerobic exercise to my regimen.
Now, it requires specifically a significant reduction in sugars and simple starches from my diet. I'm getting results - though not as fast as I want them, but I'm patient and driven with a good motivation. Mind you, this requires a hard look at your diet. I still eat plenty of protein, fruits and vegetables.

After sitting down with a Trainer and going over my food logs and routine, this is what he suggested I do for results.

Oh yeah, no drinking will make it burn faster!!!
