Today I attempted to complete the workout. I made it halfway through the last set of multiple direction lunges when my legs just couldn't take it anymore and wouldn't let me back up.

I have a really hard time keeping my weight in my heel. I am very deliberate with my stepping, not going to fast through the motions, and keeping an eyes on myself in the mirror. I'm matching the photos exactly.

    Anyone have any pointers?

Regarding the heel, my thought would be to try it with your shoes off and see if having your feet in a more natural position helps. I know some shoes can screw up your biomechanics...especially running shoes.. Another thought I have is that the feet and ankles are pretty much neglected when it comes to stretching and strengthening. Your feet and ankles have to support the weight and weakness or inflexibility there can have a ripple effect. Me and my chiropractor were discussing that today.

Hopefully, I'm not just talking out my asstastic.

I'm going to try that workout, thanks for pointing it out. I want my legs nice and strong before I begin upping my running mileage again.

    Thanks for the tips.

It's a great workout. My ass and thighs are really feeling it today.

Runninchlt, doing the lunges and squats barefoot made a huge difference, I could keep the weight in my heel and I barely felt anything in my knees. Thanks!
