I'll be in the US in August and staying in Rehoboth, Delaware for a week.

Through the magic of Google I've found a Golds Gym but it seems to be kind of remote considering most of Rehoboth is by the sea.

Does anyone know how easy it is to get to the Golds Gym? Bus perhaps?

Rent or borrow a bike for the time you are there. You'll be very happy you did for many reasons. Gold's Gym is fine and was never crowded when I was there. Staff is friendly....

Actually, instead of renting a bike, you should just buy a cheap one at the store and then give it to someone when you leave... probably just as inexpensive...

And while not exactly related, be sure to stop by the Purple Parrot while there -- great restaurant and bar. Aqua and Blue Moon are good for drinks and standing around, but the PP is great for drinks, food and some pretty hot waiters :-)

It's actually way on the edge of town. It doesn't look bad on a map. It's not really convenient if you're trying to stay on the main drag by the Boardwalk and walk there. And by car, navigating Rehoboth can be a mess.

It's okay though. The abundance of hot fags running on the Boardwalk with their shirts off will make up for it.

    Thanks Guys.

I've never been to Rehoboth before and this should be an interesting trip. Naturally the fist thing I did once the bf mentioned we were going was to se where the nearest gym was and I'm actually grateful it's a Gold's Gym.

Anyway, the bike option sounds great so next is to find out the best place to rent a bicycle icon_smile.gif

Cool, only about 7 weeks till I fly out there!

I'll probably find some Sisterhood of the traveling bike while I'm there anyway icon_smile.gif

But thanks, I'll seriously consider this option.

Yeah I've been doing a bit of research and found the Blue moon as a place I have to visit. I'm still trying to work out what the week will consist of, if I end up going to the pubs out there and maybe some of the clubs then a morning workout may not work.

Still, I've found Gold's gym generally have a $70 week pass which is more than handy and I want to do a bit of shopping for their clothing as well while I'm there - you just can't get the kind of workout shorts/shirts like you can there here in Australia.

    OK. LOOK HERE.

Grotto Pizza is like a drug for your taste buds. I ordered a large pizza last time I went and I ate all of it in one sitting. It's a BIG large pizza, too. Good thing you're hitting the gym that week. Now shut up and eat the pizza.

Believe me, just because I'm holidays doesn't mean I'm taking time off the gym, besides I enjoy working out at the gyms in the US as your not surrounded y people who think a 15lbs dumbbell is going to give them a huge chest icon_smile.gif

Now I really can't wait to get there!!!!
