Kinda scary to see so many profiles on here of guys waiting for Mr. Right to come along and MAKE their lives happy and fulfilled. I think in reality it is more like ." The love that you take is equal to the love that you make".

I get the feeling from this site that there are lot of isolated guys on Realjocks who have allowed their fantasies to get in the way of reality.

Reading many guys' profiles is often like reading a shopping list of what they want. Well, life isn't like that. You can't order up men like you can a pizza. You have to work with what you have and what's available.

Well, sometimes it's safer to live in fantasy rather than move out of your comfort zone.

RedHeadGuy, i think you are totally cute. I've told you this. And, burninman, i burn for you, but you guys are really being a couple of wet blankets with this thread.
This is the fricken internet! If a person cannot indulge in a little fantasy here then where? And, as far as the shopping list analogy, why not? If you think about it, RealJock is sorta like a giant grocery store, its virtual shelves are stocked with fresh, robust, high protein num nums ready for the eating! Lol, there is even a little fast food for those who want some.
So I ask you, what kinda person drives all the way to the grocers without a list? It's the only WAY to get what ya want or atleast have an idea of what you want just incase you have to downgrade.
A hotlist, its a grocery list and BOTH of you have yours full so don't throw stones if you dance in glass ballrooms.

    guilty

Dude, i posted this cus twice in one day i get hit up by young guys looking for Mr. Right ( that is a sugar Daddy who's sole purpose in life is to make them happy) That is so delusional. I actually know a guy ( a rich professional ...not to good looking) that plays these guys fantasies to the max. He wines, dines, parties them, fucks them silly and moves on to the next one. Some of these guys get really damaged by the experience to reality. The fallacy of the fantasy of Mr.. Right is that a relationship is based on kickin back and receiving LOVE. I can see where a bottom guy can get wired that way but a lasting relationship is one where you are in it to give not take.

Hey Guys.. Hows it going today?
Here is a little input from my perspective..
Many years ago I felt Television was the beginning of the end for America. Now that the Internet has taken over the world I am a firm believer it is the new way for people to escape reality. Unfortunatly many cannot seporate true life from reality. There are generations of people who were raised on not knowing truth from fiction.
The result of this way of living now effects our way of thinking and the natural instincts we have as mammals. Seems every one is always looking for someone better. That's because you can log onto any website and see thousands of "eligable" "handsome" & "sexy" MEN.. who all are single? And all who are looking for something better than what they have.
I am a firm believer that in order to meet your true mate you must see them in person. It's the glance at each other through the corner of both your eyes, the smell and natural animal attraction built in us as human beings for thousands of years. You cannot get that on a computer screen unless you are reality based. I prefer the old fashioned way, but for some reason everyone has forgotten about it ?
That's very, very sad.. The feeling of meeting someone, hearing from there mouth about them, there life, careers, family getting goose bumps from ever word. Not being able to eat because of the excitement.. Never have seen a pic of there cock or ass, knowing what an amazing experiance it will be to explore each other at some point physically after being totally turned on mentally first..
What happened to those day's.. I may be asking for to much ? And probably a reason I am single, I just keep faith that someday when I am not expecting (or looking) It will happen..

The operative word here Burnin is "Make"
No one make Make your world happy
that's got to be instituted by that one person alone
yeah...it's nice to dream that some hunky rich man is going to find you and lavish you with everything your little heart desires but that's not how the universe works
just like a lot of cute little teenage women eventually find out
when you find these rich guys they usually have agendas all their own

GQ . Yeah i used the word "make" intentionally. I didn't want to mention the girl thing but i'm with you on that too. Gay guys have, it would appear the same , totally passive fantasies as women which is having a man come along and make a life for them. And I agree with FriendlyAZ that TV is training people to be this way but watching rather then living life.

do you really think all those nineteenth century misses, and probably quite a few misters, reading 'pride and prejudice' didn't think a mr darcy would come and whisk them off their feet?

'You can't order up men like you can a pizza.'
