The American Debate: Obama needs just a bit of Truman's courage

Ending the ban on openly gay solders will be far simpler than was racially integrating the military.

This argues that (comparatively to Mr. Truman) Mr. Obama is not too busy to do something, really.

Very simple: Paste the link first, then highlight it and then click URL. Reason yours didn't work is because of the space at the beginning and the space at the end. Doing it this way eliminates that for you.

Thanks again -- that's not exactly intuitive (I cut out the "address goes here" in between the "url" front and back, inserted the link. and that didn't work. Next time I'll remember to do the highlight thingie.

    Muchas gracias!

I think Obama is aware of that, but despite that, he's just playing it safe right now.

He's playing it safe with everything. I don't want someone governing from the middle. I voted for a liberal.
