Just wanted to express to you guys how excited I am to be out of the military. I just finished my paprerwork today. I am now on Terminal Leave through august. I dont want you to get me wrong, I served proudly during my term, but I am done with all the bullshit that I had to put up with. I still respect and honor those who are still in the military.....good luck to them....fucking Yay for me!

Congrats! Got some plans? Use this time to figure out your next step, while you still are on the military payroll.

I took a couple of months of terminal leave when I retired 15 years ago. I must admit I just had fun, cause I didn't have, nor need, any plans afterwards, except to indulge myself. But do keep your own eye on the future.

    Good luck!

Planet Max, congratulations on a journey well served. Thank you. I guess at some point between now and August, you will be on your RJ road trip. Best of luck to you now that you are back in the states and may your civilian life be rewarded for the military life you gave us!

Oh by the way guys, I also work with my friends company here in Charleston. Its wedding oriented. I drive limos on the side. I just found out we're doing a gay wedding in association of a gay pride event. And yes we do gay wedding and civil unions just as well as straight ones!
