    Hey guys

i'm setting up new goals for myself and i need to gain fast due to a modelling contract in milan. what is the realistic rate of gaining muscle? also how long does cutting/sculpting take once the ideal weight is achieved via bulking?

I am assuming that since the show packages already went out for Milan that you will not be walking this coming season. It seems that your main measurements (28 waist, 6 ft tall) are a tad off from most sample mediums. Some shorter models will make up for the excess fabric space by targeting show muscles--chest, shoulders, back, and bis.

I will leave the actual regimen advice to other experts on here, but just make sure to keep your fat content low. Milan typically has a flavor for narrow and high-end. Just keep it lean. Have never been to a casting where the models didn't have abs.

    Good luck!

At 6' with a 28 inch waist and a 33 inch chest. The proportion is way off. Since you said you already got the contract they must want you as is.

    Something's off???

oops my chest is actully 38, they called me for this season by i said i had work, i was actully a camera man standing by an audition for high fashion models the designers loved me so much they considered me for the high end stuff in milan, rome, paris and nyc.

they said i need to add on a little weight about 20-30 pounds especially to arms, legs, a little butt and some chest.

i dunno how the fashion industry works so any advice help since im not a model. they were willing to overlook the fact i was little off for the height but loved my bone structure and elegance.

back to my main question.. is that a realistic time frame? i belive there is a big show in jan but also many other shows that they want me for.
