A good friend of mine dragged me along with her to their sold out show to about 15,000 last night in Calgary. I have to say was what an energetic and powerful show. Coldplay cynics aside, this isn't really a rock concert nor is it a pop concert.. it's somewhere in between.

It was one of the most powerful concerts I've ever been to. Lights, lasers, blah blah blah it was pretty amazing. Snow Patrol opened for them, they were honestly a good opener for them.

Anyway, just bored and I'd thought I'd post this.

We're going to that tonight here in Edmonton! I'm not the biggest cold play fan but I've heard from previous concerts that they put on a great show. Plus, I really enjoy snow patrol! Thanks for posting this.. makes me look forward to it now. icon_biggrin.gif

I'm more jealous about Snow Patrol than them but I'm a fan of both groups.

I'm attending the July 30th show here in Toronto. It was that great live album they gave away as a free download that convinced me they'd be a great band to catch live. I can't believe its still six weeks away =(
