    I in another time was an amazing 250#'s! My life took a turn and I found that I loved to run ( and not frm the police ) LOL! So it can be done. Your incentive should be nothing more than you! Your health and whatever else might get you to burn calories on those days that you just don't want to get invovlved in any athletic activity. I'm now at the point where I feel lost days when I miss the gym. My mind is clear and focused when I run, allowing me to make more sensible choices. we all have what we think is perfection just make your goal acheiveable and realistic in incriments and you'll graduate everytime! moving forward. It's easirer for some guys and they don't get the challege as their body just morphs into greek statues. Don't let DUMB posts by those bumbling fools misguide you......success will be your story best of luck bro
