sxydrkhair saidI don't think British people are the enemy.... I think he was talking about the British government. I have to admit... I don't even like Queen of Elizabeth or that asshole Tony Blair.

Lauren Booth is the only BEST British broadcaster, journalist, and Politician. I love this woman and she is my favorite.

Erm the prime minister is Gordon Brown, though who knows how long he will last after the recent scandals.

Tony Blair was an asshole though.

I think it's nice to be taken seriously - thanks (fake) Ayatollah.

(p.s. I think Britain and Iran are very similar countries, always have done - conservative, tea obsession, an unelected leader ;)...

You know Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Is my head of State as an Aussie, and I have nothing but admiration for her.

She does not interfere in our politics, in the way Vatican City does, and we are not even a Catholic Country, and we never voted the Pope in, as we did the Queen.

But maybe it's because of the trouble Britain has created in another Arab Country, that the British Government is not so popular?

Its Israel, then Britain AKA "The Crusaders" then America, because they see us as Israel's strong ally, and they also just hate our western influence, it goes against everything the fanatical religion they follow stands for. All Islamic nut bags view Britain as crusaders, and if you ever really hear their junk when they get to talking about England, they get all into this mess about how it'll be "the final Crusades", and well Iran is run by a bunch of Islamic fanatics so...Finally of course Israel is the great Satan to them, evil of the evil.

Obviously this is not how ALL people who believe in Islam think, and it is not the people, but the governments, the people of Iran are generally good normal people like everywhere else, and they are mostly young who want to be apart of the world, and want what everyone in here takes for granted, its their leaders who are on this whole "mission from god" kick

Not trying to oppose or support, but Britain has a history or interfering and occupying and overthrowing governments. It's common sense. Are they partly responsible for Iran's Revolution 2.0 through websites and the media? Nobody really knows, but I wouldn't be surprised. It may look like your typical internal issue based on election results, But it's much more complex than that.

isn't it funny how people who are all for standing up against this fanaticism and hatred, are always deemed as rightwing war mongers haha, or stupid, or "trying to put people in fear", where as the liberals, kinda seem to handle it like... well for lack of a better word pussies, and or hide their heads hoping the problem goes away.

I find it funny and sad how liberals never really listen to the people who speak out against radical Islam, and do a lot of rationalizing.. I get the feeling that if the fanatics that do pose a threat to the world, as they do, were all Christian and white, I think everyone would be more banded together to crush em. Would be easier to see them as "evil" and it wouldn't make the oh so overly politically correct nitwits of today, feel "intolerant" or "hateful".

And nope I'm not a Conservative, because they do a lot that annoy, and or piss me off too, just making an observation, seems that the people who are all supposed to be about liberalism, and freedom, never really care to stand up and fight against something that totally despises everything they are about, and will condemn those who do stand up to fight.

Oh I agree with you about Britain's history, but I do get a bit tired of people blaming others for their own mistakes. Iran as well as the rest of the Muslim world is a mess because of radical Islam, as well as very corrupt leaders who constantly lie to their people telling them their hard times/problems are all because of Israel, Britain, and America, because it keeps the people from doing exactly what is going on in Iran today, and I wouldn't be surprised if this all gets worse than what happened back in the day, because the people have finally had enough of it.

What I don't understand is why so many folks get sucked up by false belief systems, whatever they are.

For as far as we've come with science, the fact that modern man can still sign up for malarkey baffles me.

I just don't understand how reasonable people can take up false belief systems.

    It makes zero sense.

    1. This have nothing to do with Israel... Ayatollah love Israel and he used to be good allied with Israel against Saddam. Do you remember Iran-contra affair? Israel help gave weapon to Iran.

    2. Not because they hate our "Western Influence." Iranian and Middle Eastern are more westernized than you think they are.

    3. When you say, "All Islamic nut bags view Britain as crusaders." That just plan ignorant and Islamophobia.

    4. Not all Iranian and Middle Eastern are Muslims. I am Christian myself and I believe Israeli government are evil.

    5. Even if the British are Christians that doesn't make them Crusaders. The Orthodox Christians were against Crusaders that time too. Read the history book.

    1. I was talking about who they hate, and why they hate them, this is fanatical Islam here. Second that bit about the "Ayatollah loving Israel" made me laugh, boy you have no clue, the Ayatollah loves Israel just like a drunk man who beats his wife, no offense but you sound like a gullible fool.

2.Again dude this is fanatical Islam that has a hold on their country, and most of my friends who are from that area of the world, always tell me how when radical Islam rose up, things got bad. Iran was much different before radical Islam took a hold of it. And fanatical Islam hates western culture, and yeah Iran despises the political crap between us as well as the other countries.

3.When I say "All Islamic nut bags" I mean Islamic nut bags, like Christian nut bags, people who take a generally good religion, but twist it and distort it to fit, or justify the evil they do to others. That is not Islamophobia its just wisdom, sorry if you lack that. By the way regular good believers of Islam who do have the courage to speak out against the fanatics, would agree with me.

    4. I'm very well aware not everyone over there are Muslims. I've been in that part of the world for quite some time, helping out Christians over there, and or seeing, or hearing how hard it is to be a Christian over there, so you're not telling me anything new there buddy.

    5. Dude of COURSE being a Christian doesn't make you a crusader, anyone in their right mind would know this. Unfortunately though, we are talking about fanatics here, who aren't in their right mind, and so they view Britain as Crusaders, that is what they call them... Wise up

Well I wouldn't say "False belief systems", since nobody in here can sit here and say there is no god. Some people choose to also believe in something much bigger than themselves. Its the fanatics of all religion that give religion a bad name. I'm a smart guy, had to be especially for my job, I love science, and technology. I'm a strong man, again had to be for my job, and also my sport, but then growing up as I did made me strong as well as having a great father. I feel god just amplifies all of those things about me. I also find that people actually do care about god, and practice it instead of just preaching, are always more warm, and caring than people who do not believe in anything but themselves.

One of the things I always here from people who never believed in god, but then do, is they always felt like something was missing, and now they feel whole, so I guess they felt pretty empty, I don't have that feeling.

I saw this extremely interesting show on the history channel a few months ago, it was about the exodus story in the bible. All of the scientific evidence, geological evidence, and archeological evidence they found, matched everything in the bible 150%, was really wild. What was even more funny is that the military kept trying to ban the archeologist from sites. They had to lie to them telling them they were just doing research about one of the great pharaohs, was crazy, the craziest part is when they found the mountain Moses was supposed to have spoken from, the mountain fit everything as the bible described, was kinda creepy.

sir, don't you understand that the queen, unlike the ayatollah has no political power whatsoever? i think you should check your facts before you start making outrageous accusations.
