Now I know this question seems kind of stupid, but here me out. So I woke up this morning next to the guy i'm dating. (I like him a lot by the way) Anywho, So the night before we got off with each other (No we did not have anal), but it was in a way that was so passionate and I have to say better than anal intercourse. Now here is my question, would you consider it sex?

This was a random thought that popped into my mind, and maybe some RJers could answer it for me.

    Thanks!

anything you would not do with some other guy in front of your boyfriend.

my best friend's byword was "eating isn't cheating".

    i disagree.

    so did his ex.

Absolutely! Contact with a guy's sex organs, especially if it brings him to orgasm, is having sex. Ask Bill Clinton how well denying that definition worked for him!

I've had several BFs who didn't like anal, yet we assumed we were having sex doing other stuff, good enough to keep us totally happy. Because if you want to get biologically picky, sex for a man, as a purely reproductive function, would only be when he fucked a female vagina. But as I said, that ploy didn't work for Bill, so I think you can rest easy that you did indeed have sex, and congrats that it was great sex. icon_biggrin.gif

Yes, Tim, you had sex. (Sounds like first class sex too; well done!) If it walks like a duck...

omg, is THAT what it's about! Oh! icon_eek.gif

    Just kidding.

But I’ve got to say – the best sex of my life started on the day I chose celibacy. Now, instead of doing it with my genitals I have to do it with my entire mind and all my heart and all my soul. But my body doesn't just comes along for the trip: I have to be far more sensual and sensitive than I had to be when I had genital sex. Or maybe I was doing it wrong. Oh well. For me the journey is better than the destination, anyway. icon_cool.gif

Wow, Im jealous. I dated a guy. So much passion. This guy was hot. Physically, mentally and spiritually... we connected huge. Funny, passionate and ript!

The first time we met frankly, it was to be a total hookup. WRONG! OMG... what passion. I have to say, after all these years, it felt like the first time I truly made love. No anal. But DAYUM... when the time came to orgasm... it was so unbelievable. And if we had not, it still would have been the best!

And for the record. Sex is sex, oral, anal whatever! Bill Clinton (my fav pres btw) is the one who started the "sex is intercourse thing" to cover up his lies.

    Great threat btw!

I'm with feminist author Shere Hite:

Shere Hite“I'm suggesting we call sex something else, and it should include everything from kissing to sitting close together”

I was told in a human sexuality class that any activity that is purposely done for sexual arousal and gratification is considered sex.

Anything they would edit out in a love scene shown on t.v. is sex to me, so frotting, oral, rimming, penetration, mutual mastebation, and fingering all qualify....omg, I just wrote all that ! icon_redface.gif
Kissing is not sex/cheating, but many a skillet wielding partner might disagree....ouch.

If the kissing causes sexual arousal and gratification, then it is sex.

Kissing is sex, see above. Also in the past kissing was an issue on t.v. and in movies.

ANY exchange of bodily fluids is sex

But cybersex while not out and out sex if you're in a relationship shouldn't be allowed either
