I like having my penis when my anus is comfortable and I am able to enjoy sex while maintaining vitality. It is more of having a nourishing form of penetration that I love, so I would consider getting a vagina.

If there are plastic surgeons that can construct the anus so it stretches kind of easily I would get that done before I thought about not keeping my penis.

A measuring device with a spring like instrument to calculate pressure would be used so as to sustain a little bit of tightness and determine the extent to which the muscle can relax and contract.

Many people begin doing kegel exercises, which are exercises designed to strengthen the pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles), but are squeezing the wrong muscle. It’s important to make sure you are exercising the correct muscle.

Here are two tips to finding your PC muscle:

1. The easiest way to find your PC muscle is to stop the flow of urine while you are peeing. As you are peeing, intentionally stop the flow of urine. Do this several times until you can clearly feel the muscle you are using to stop the flow. This muscle is your PC muscle.
2. You can also check you’ve got the right muscle by inserting a finger (for women in the vagina, for men in the anus) and squeezing your PC muscle. If you feel pressure around your finger, you’re using the right muscle.

Kegels. Metamucil for healthy stools. Don't strain on the toilet. Minimize wiping while still being clean, and wipe gently (more like pat) and even use wet wipes. Start small when it comes to penetration -- a finger to start. Don't recommend multiple fingers as the fingernails can irritate (even when trimmed) -- 1 finger then move to toys. Try silicone-based lube if you find water-based lube to have a tendencey to gum up.

OP -- no clue what you're talking about in your subsequent posts.
