I know that eating enough and eating right are important to the training process. I try to consume my own weight in grams of protein every day. Other than that I am lost. I have horrible eating habits and I love sweets. I am skinny, but I want to gain weight. I am currently 185 and want to gain at least 10 more lbs. What sound I be eating, how often should be eating, and what should I be staying away from?
My friend was talking to be about mass gain protein, should I be switching to this?
