Can't seem to find good Duathlon sources. Need advice on how to train for Powerman event? Planning to do two Powermans this coming season and I have cleared up my work schedule for the races. Now, I need some tips on how to achieve my goals....... any thoughts?

    Thanks guys!

I am tapering doing races this season. Financial reasons. I only done one this summer 2010 and placed second in Overall Masters without proper training and with bike equipment malfunction. Well, crossfit definitely boost my performance. I hope to do another DU in August so I can be considered to be in the race series final placement.

Doing sprint and intermediate distance is a piece of cake now. I just need to develop my speed running skills. I will get there....

    Cheers!

Incorporate "brick" workouts into your training, where you get off the bike and immediately go run. That transition is the hardest to make.
