Who u meet online...read below, this is one of my online friends from Tagged.com.

There were at least three car loads of people on Manzanilla beach on Sunday night when 39 year old Gail Joseph went missing. C News was reliably informed these witnesses would have also seen when Joseph was running and screaming for her life moments before her alleged killer caught up with her and wrapped his hands around her throat and killed her.

These people who were there between 7 and 8 that night helped the alleged killer pull Joseph's car out of the sand after it got stuck. The car got stuck when the suspect was going to the police station to report her missing. It is because of the reluctance of these witnesses that police were forced to release the 37 year old man from Belmont pending further investigations.

He had told police they had been swimming and the woman went to her car to get her slippers and never returned. Her body had been missing for three days and was eventually pulled out of the mangrove area close to the shore on Bellevue estate in Manzanilla on Wednesday. An autopsy revealed the cause of death was manual strangulation.

Homicide officers are pleading with anyone who may have information on the case to come forward by calling 868-640-1738 or 868-640-7815.

This disappointing news in the case comes as her family said their farewell at the funeral late this afternoon in Siparia. The funeral started close to five o'clock.her family said they wanted to have the funeral before Saturday when Joseph’s 17 year old daughter would have celebrated her birthday.

The family said they did not want the girl to have to remember her birthday in such a tragic way, and she also has exams next week.

Meanwhile a check on Joseph’s tagged website where she is said to have met her alleged killer revealed tonnes of support for the woman who described herself as "looking for people who appreciate life and love to laugh and just easy going." She met him twice before and bought him cologne on Sunday.

Ok, masculine31, I don't understand the tone of this thread. You are warning us about meeting guys online without exercising caution, but from the story, the man gave no indicator that he was dangerous. With two successful dates before the murder, there really wasn't one. In order for you to warn against something and use this story as a tool, shouldn't the woman have done something irresponsible to somehow enable what happened to her? That's not what happened here.

If you are meaning to say "there are crazy people out there." DUH. All this story proves is that it could be anybody and caution be damned, it could be anyone of us on this site or any other. It could even be you.

all people online are crazies who are going to murder you so you should never meet anyone.

it's ok if you meet someone who is also online but you never talked to them or met them online. you just have to meet them in person before realizing they too are online. then you'll be fine. it's only the people you meet online before meeting in real life that are the crazies.

    First of all icon_eek.gif
What the flip are you talking about bro?

I said you can't tell who's crazy and you agreed, but then followed up with: I DO NOT MEET PEOPLE or ASSOCIATE with folk like THIS!

Maculine31, folk like who? The story clearly states that she met this man twice before this happened. Clearly he didn't put out wrong vibes or a third date never would have happened. Further more, a beach is supposedly the scene of the crime.... a public place.

Masculine31, crazy is not something you can see or smell. It's certainly not a type of person you can spot in a crowd. Trust me, I've got crazy individuals in my family and not slang like "he's so crazzzyyyy,"but rather, he is actually crazy. He looks like me and you.

Or is that...you don't meet people from the internet....bullshizz. Now after two meetings and her demise taking place on the third date, does it matter a flip where she met him the first time?

Actually, with no guilty verdict and 3 car loads of people present at the beach that night, isn't this thread a little premature and unfair to the accused and victim? You are basically blaming her...without knowing all the facts. That is WHACK, Masculine31!

Read his other posts. He's often misinformed and uses what he thinks he knows to be overly judgemental of others.

Just misinformed? I think he's probably the stupidest person on RJ.

At 38, no less. I've read stuff from guys half his age with twice his intellect. Just read a shitty comment from him about Caslon, throwing in his face that he survived a life threatening illness just to make "da point". Fail.

    Hahahahahaha. This post is funny.

Between reading the op's comments and then watching GG's very funny and enjoyable clip of classic Jem I would have to agree with most of the other RJer's here.

Anyone can be a victim anywhere at anytime from anyone online or off. Seriously, no one is immune to reality and the reality is that shit happens whether it's planned or not and usually it's not planned.

Anyone using a computer and on this site or any other is unfortunately a potential victim should anyone choose to see you as such. Your best defense is common sense and simple hope meaning you hope nothing bad goes wrong.

Masc31, you gotta get it together buddy.

Unfortunate story. Who would ever intentionally "associate with folk like this." Not like she wanted that to happen.

How about some tips then like telling your friends you plan on meeting someone, your plans, and where you'll be; maybe take them along with you icon_surprised.gif
