Bought a Juicer and would like to hear recipe suggestions

I just recently bought a juicer, and I have since started juicing everything and drinking it. It makes me feel very energetic and less hungry.

So, I was wondering if any of you guys could share/swap recipes with me.
I've already came up with some tasty concoctions, but am curious about more.

Thank you.

My favorite is very simple:

3 valencia oranges
3 medium carrots

I don't even bother with the apple and it is so good.

It is also real easy to sneak very nutritious, but boring leafy greens like kale in there. I'm sorry kale, but the only way you taste good is covered in pork broth with a pound of chorizo. But, for these guys a few apples and a lemon are needed.

I just made a glass of ginger and apple juice. I think I used too big a piece of ginger! .... ... ... It is still good but I have totally overwhelmed the apple.

I will try adding a carrot next time, too. I think the carrot will cut the tang of the ginger.

Thanks for the recipe. This is good stuff....esp in the Summer! ...

hmm I'll eat the apple plain no mushing it up, then I get the fiber.. fiber is important.. among other things, it helps control the insulin spike and its more filling then just the juice

and who doesn't like noshing on a good carrot

i got a black and decker one for 30 dollars at walmart.
It works great, all parts are dishwasher safe.
i knew black and decker products would hold up for a while, because my mom has a black and decker electronic mixer that she's had since before i was born, uses it at least twice a week and has held up perfectly.

2 apples - I like braeburn, but a braeburn and a granny smith is good too
4 carrots - the whole kind washed thoroughly with warm water
about a thumb sized portion of ginger (or less if you can't handle it)

I know that beets can be harmful, but aren't they in V8 juice?
Do they somehow lose their toxicity if you mix a small amount in a juice with other assorted vegetables?
Sorry, I'm new to this.

I have juiced beets before without a problem. Though, I wasn't ready for blood red pee and stool the following day. I thought my kidneys shut down and went to the hospital when I realized who the culprit was.

They are a godsend.
