Hi you all. While doing my working out I suddenly felt a stinging pain in my back, just below my left shoulderblade. I am sure the muscle is teared. It happend while lifting two dumbells to start working on my biceps. I worked on my back before I did that by doing a few latpulls. All went well until lifting the dumbells right after. The pain is not pleasant..I can tell you that. It even affects my breathing. I cannot bend my head down, sit in a comfy chair or sleep without waking up about 10 times a night. Everey turn in bed brings out the pains.

Anyone familiar wit this? Suggestions how to treat this? I take some painkillers so I can walk straight and move around, other wise I`d look like the hunchback of the Notre Dame.

    Thanks, Ar

I have a perfect treatment.... it'll fix you right up..

Get your arse up right.. get showered.. right... dress okay.. and get your damned arse to the doctor..

if its a real tear he'll be able to diagnose if its complete or partial and also hopefully give you pain killers, then, depending on how its all gone, you go to a physio!
