Being gay supposedly isn't about superficial things like buying designer clothes and being some kind of fashion expert, remember?

Why be ashamed? It's sounds to me like you are a true American! Your supporting all of these buinesses at a time of economic crisis. Making sure they'll be around well after the axe falls. Did I mention the support of the credit card companys......Gay money is a well kept secret, so as an American do your part however so gay and have fun while doing it!....lol

Ps I got your back just don't hit me up for any dough! lol

Get a new cellphone plan. You can save a couple bucks and still be gay.

On a side note, this thread brought smiles.

No I'm never leaving Verizon....They are amazing, they make no fake promises, no talking to machines, all their employees are competent on the phone and in store, I don't know the meaning of dropped call, I lent to my friend when we drove San Diego- Phoenix because AT&T dropped his calls every 5 mins, there are places in my neighborhood and on campus where AT&T don't get service

It's only so expensive because I call international a lot and that's internet service too

Actually, you should be proud of yourself. The fact you spent only $57 at Ralph Lauren and $25 at Armani is some accomplishment. Unless if was for socks or underwear.

Take heart, you are clearly buying your Abercrombie on sale, which makes you a little less gay than those that run out and buy the clothes the second they hit the shelves at full price. I used to work for that company and I would never suggest that anyone pay full price for the stuff. The quality is excellent but if you can stand to wait a few weeks, it all starts getting marked down...

It's actually in € so multiple everything by 1.5 or so, it's $35 at Armani and $80 at RL and it's on T-shirt and a polo I think

I think you should still be questioning your sexuality, I'm seeing Verizon instead of AT&T, which tells me you're not using an iPhone...hmmm....are you sure you're gay? (actually I use Vz too, now I'm questioning my sexuality, thanks!) LOL

Well, Ralph's being a major grocery chain in Southern CA isn't terribly gay. You could be buying at Whole Foods, after all.

Not having heard of Verizon Wireless, American Apparel, Ralph Lauren, or Armani Exchange does make you sound rather sheltered, though, Delivis. None of them are exactly new or obscure companies, and all advertise heavily.

Yes, you should, for being silly and spending 4 times as much as you need to by being caught up in marketing, and just wasting money. It's o.k. to be a smart shopper.

You get some credit for VZW and not being sucked up in the I-phone craziness. (They don't do all the functions of a regular phone, ATT has restrictions, and if you paid $499 for a phone, you no be smart.)
