I mean, he's from Canada. He's not used to temps above sub-glacial degrees centigrade! ... icon_confused.gif

First a hurricane and now record heat ... icon_wink.gif

At my mother's insistence, "Partner" and I are headed to Houston at the end of August to visit her. He says he's not concerned about the heat and humidity, but I am. The boy is from Northern Montana for God's sake, and the furthest south he has ever been is Salt Lake City. For those of you that don't know, Houston in August is what they mean when they say "Hell on Earth." You just don't go outdoors between about 10 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, PERIOD.

Its been about or above 100 degrees here all week. Whats new?

102 today.. I guess our humidity isn't as bad as that in Houston.
Fortunately we are to have a cool front and get a break.. only 92 on Saturday before the return to heat again.

it is going to be a very hot weekend Gay Pride in Houston. I suggest everyone strip down to the barest amount possible. icon_biggrin.gif

I don't go out side except when I work out in the morning. Even then it's already in the high 90's! The heat is ridiculous....
