I need your opinion. I have seen guys do this in front of me a few times and I'm not really sure if it's flirting or just something guys do.

There are two particular guys at gym I see regularly. I've made eye contact with them before and I have noticed they would lift their Tshirts up to show/reveal their abs. Would you consider this flirting? I've never talked to them so I don't really know if there's anything to it.

What do you think? Thanks for your response!

    I would say it's flirtatious.

Maybe you're making so much eye contact they do it so you can take a picture- "cause it last longer" Then they can workout in peace. I bet they're friggin with you.

Thanks for all of your responses. I like the variety of answers. I think you guys are right. Some guys do it to get attention or to show off, or they do it so that I would stop checking them out : )

In your experience, what are some of the things guys have done when they were trying to flirt with you ?

Too funny. I was just thinking about the old "lift the shirt to show the abs" routine today. Its funny how people "dry" their face with the top of their shirt until they start to get abs then its the bottom of the shirt. Then it takes about 30 full seconds for them to wipe the sweat off their mouth, which has now become, all of a suddenly, constantly wet. Fuck I gotta go to work. ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

the guy I lift with does this all the time. he pretends to use the bottom of his shirt to wipe his face...but I bust him on it all the time.

he just likes to check out his abs in the mirror...and he does have awesome abs, so why not?

yeah...it's just something many guys do... Personally, I think it's pretty f'in hilarious as it most often vanity-aimed (self for self) but it's possible that you're being shown the goods. Or not. You're probably the best judge, eh? icon_wink.gif
