Ok. So a friend of mine told me about a cheap Whey Protein from Wal Mart. Its from a Company called Body Fortress and its 32 oz. It has 26g of Premium Protein per scoop, which is 130 calories per scoop. It is super cheap at $15 per bottle. Here is the site.

I know this is not the best stuff in the world but I really cannot afford the good stuff right now. I mean I REALLY cannot afford it. I wouldn't be purchasing protein at all if not for this product. So judging by the site and my description does this stuff work at all? I mean its not going to be the greatest, but should it work some. It is Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate lend as well. Please help. I will answer any questions or clarify anything else if needed.

That's what I use. It seems to work. In the past I have mixed up low fat yogurt with skim milk, and that seemed to work too. (Stir up the yogurt before adding the milk.) A thread or article here on RJ said that breakfast cereal with lowfat milk works too.

I'm not convinced the expensive stuff is necessary.

    Wyrlin,
I think that was about recent news in regard to having cereal after a workout was just as effective or better in some ways than a sports drink in helping the body recover/rebuild. Not sure how that compares to an actual protein kind of drink after workout though or how it would compare to people who really workout and use protein drinks.
