I have considered using Alli as an adjunct to my workouts , mealplan, and other supplements.

Has anyone tried it? Found it effective? Found it ineffective? Found the side-effects manageable or disturbing? (LOOSE greasy stools? YUCK!)

If anything, it would be good for me to develop a deterrent to eating high fat content foods.
But do I really need to spend another $60+ per month do this?

Just wondering and seeking your insight ...

Ok, this topic have being brought before by SKIP (if you are new, maybe you dont know him). His quite a characters , getting kick out of Real Jock twice.

Anyway, I am using the same product Xenical , really the same product as Alli. It just in my country it was market as Xenical and Alli in USA. When I use to be 111kg my doctor suggested I take Xenical to help me with my wieght lost. Just like you describe the Xenical make my body unable to digest fat and I will discharge it when I go to the toilet next day. I have since lost nearly 21 kg. I dont say it all due to Xenical, but it just help when I lack will power, self indulge in food and when I want too give myself a treat. Personally I have no side effect so far, but than I dont know what happen inside my body. So, if you ask me the effectiveness, I say use it as a way to stop your fat intake occasionally not as a long term habit.
Low fat calories lifestyle, exercising and healthy living is the key to weight loss, not Xenical or Alli

I lost 40 lbs recently just with diet and exercise. Those things just aren't healthy.
