How long would it take to get to these measurements?

    Hey guys,

    How long will it take to add two inches to my arms, three inches to my chest and get two inches off my waist(down to 29 inches)?

    Yeah, it's a tough question. Something tells me it's going to be a hell of a lot quicker than that, but it's not a simple equation. Just work as hard as you can and be ready to make sacrifices...

    Agreed dude...Already on a diet and sacrifice alot of free time for it. It sucks my bf isnt into fitness!

    I started working out in Feb, and so far have gained 2 inches on the arms and lost 4 inches around the waist. Its annoying that I have to keep poking new holes in my belt haha.
