LF online weightloss buddy

    Looking for a online buddy/mutual motivator.

    200lbs aiming for 160lbs before November.

    Following a 1600 kcal paleolithic/ketogenic diet with random activity (I assigned values for either long slow cardio, HIIT, resistance training or no activity then roll a dice :p)

    Anyone in the same hole as I'm in? Let's get out of here back-to-back! ^^

    at 195 going for slow reps, 5-second up, 5-second down.

    Will this keep up I wonder?
