I have a question about calories. I'm trying to loose some weight (specifically around the stomach area) and I have been using Livestrong/MyPlate to keep track of my calorie intake. According to my weight loss goals, I should be consuming about 1800 calories a day. Some days I will consume more than that through eating but then I burn them off through running. Some days however, I will not eat as much and through exercise and eating light, I will only end up with 1500 calories at the end of the day. Is this okay or should I look around for a 300 calorie snack?
