Okay so I'm just starting out using these things and the directions say 1 serving of creatine before workout and then one immediately after. And for the whey protein it says the same. I was just wondering for some of you who do use creatine and whey protein, do you take the servings another way like do you wait til after your workout to take it and skip taking before? Just wanted to know what you guys did out there.
