Nutrition Guide for Strong and Lean?

    Soo I'm kinda new at the whole "12 weeks" thing
    and I'm starting in December
    but I want to know about eating during the 12 weeks
    what to eat what to stay away from
    anything good to eat before, after workouts?
    just any kind of hints or tips would be sweeticon_biggrin.gif

    You see food and you eat. You need to get some meat on you. You're terribly thin.

    Just avoid fried and sugary stuff. Otherwise, SEE FOOD DIET.

    Just replacing white flour/rice with whole wheat and brown rice can make a pretty big difference. Pretty much a lot of protein padded with complex carbs and lean/healthy fats. I've also heard that simple carbs right after a workout such as druid fruit is great after a workout as it gets broken down and supplies energy before you even walk out of the gym (assuming you brought some with you)
