    Its really varied over time..... I can certainly still move to Madonna's "Dress You Up", several of Debbie Gibson's songs, Whitney's, "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and of course "Tarzan Boy"... I think I could come out of a coma for that one.

    All of it... 60 minutes non-stop. Freaking love the energy!

    Have found myself belting it out right along with her as I'm running down the street. huh ... maybe that's why all the dogs follow me!

    For cardio, I love the typical bubble gum pop and dance music. Lady Gaga for instance.

    For weight training, I prefer rock like blink 182, charlotte, etc.

    lately i've been listening to avenged sevenfold's most recent cd, love it from start to finish, if not that then definitely rob zombie's american made songs to strip by. living dead girl will always hold a special place in my workout routine icon_smile.gif
