Hey guys, looking to switch things up again in my workouts. Anyone ever tried something similar to this? Any thoughts on making this better?

Day 1- do 4 exercises, 3 sets each, 10-12 reps of resistance training on one muscle group plus equal number of exercises/sets/reps on core then 30 minutes of cardio with a HR above 150 bpm.

Day 2- do 4 exercises, 3 sets each, 10-12 reps of resistance training on one muscle group plus equal number of exercises /sets/reps on core then 30 minutes of "fatburn" with HR around 120 bmp.

Days 3-5 repeat pattern.

I plan to change the order of things frequently and the exercises picked. I want to do this for a solid 4 weeks and then evaluate it.

I appreciate any advice. There are so many guys on here with amazing knowledge and bodies of course. I got great advice last time i switched it up. i get bored easy and like to keep things freshicon_smile.gif
